The Nurse Manager will oversee clinical operations, nursing staff, care coordination processes, and quality initiatives across Pediatric, Adolescent Medicine, and Women's Health departments.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead nursing and clinical support teams Improve clinical workflows and patient access Oversee triage and care coordination activities Ensure regulatory compliance and patient safety Manage clinical staff training and development Collaborate with providers and organizational leadership Support population health initiatives Monitor departmental performance metrics
